I have designed this to allow children some freedom to chose which challenge they would like to complete as they arrive in the morning. The writing mat can be laminated and used alongside the power point to allow the children somewhere to record their answers. Here are a range of worksheets with teacher input support to help teach fractions. I used these with my split year 1 and 2 class.

Last year I decided to colour number cards so they were easier for myself and the children to sort as they were carrying out tasks. The yellow cards are 1-20, Blue cards are 21-50 and red cards are 51-100. I laminated 5 sets of these and they worked wonders in my classroom. I have also attached a place value lesson with the teacher input. I would move all the dienes into the bin afterwards so the children would ignore these ones on the screen. Hope this saves some time.
